1. Free Trial

All new users receive a 7-day free trial with:

  • Full access to all Pro features
  • No credit card required to start
  • Cancel anytime during trial with no charge
  • Automatic conversion to paid subscription if not cancelled

If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. You can continue using free features after the trial ends.

2. 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Australian Consumer Law Compliance

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have the right to change your mind within 14 days of purchasing an annual subscription.

  • Annual subscriptions: Full refund within 14 days of purchase
  • No questions asked
  • Refund processed to original payment method

What's Not Covered

  • Monthly subscriptions: Billed month-to-month, cancel anytime
  • After 14 days: Pro-rata refund may apply (see below)

3. Subscription Refunds

4. Pro-Rata Refunds

For annual subscriptions after the 14-day cooling off period, we may offer pro-rata refunds at our discretion. Pro-rata refunds are calculated as:

Refund = (Months Remaining / 12) x Annual Price - Processing Fee

Pro-rata refunds may be granted when:

  • You experience technical issues we cannot resolve
  • We discontinue features essential to your use of the Service
  • Exceptional circumstances apply

A $5 processing fee may apply to cover payment gateway costs.

5. How to Request a Refund

  2. Include:
    • Your account email address
    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for refund request (optional but helpful)
  3. Wait for confirmation - we'll respond within 2 business days

6. Processing Time

  • Approval: 1-2 business days
  • Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank settlement: 5-10 business days depending on your bank

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

7. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in cases of:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
  • Account suspension due to misuse
  • Requests made more than 60 days after purchase

8. Cancellation vs Refund

Cancellation

Stops future billing. You keep access until your current period ends. No refund for remaining time.

Refund

Returns money for unused time. Access ends immediately upon refund approval.

9. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under consumer law that is not covered by this policy, please contact us.
